Knotify ("we," "us," or "our") designs and builds custom wedding websites. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a planning session or message us, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.

Information we collect

When you book a planning session with us, we collect:

• The bride's and groom's names
• Your wedding date
• Your Facebook Messenger contact, if you choose to share it

When you message us through Facebook Messenger, we also collect whatever you send us in that conversation, including any questions, details about your wedding, or attachments you choose to share.

How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Schedule and run your planning meeting
• Design, build, and support your custom wedding website
• Respond to questions you send us over Messenger
• Notify you when a guest reserves or RSVPs on your site
• Bill the one-time fee automatically after your wedding date has passed

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Third-party services we use

If you message us via our Facebook Messenger page, that conversation is handled through Meta's platform. Meta's own privacy policy governs how they handle that conversation.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and conversation details for as long as needed to build and support your wedding website, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you need us again. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

If you're in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) gives you the right to know what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it's used, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe we've mishandled your data. To exercise any of these, just contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Knotify is a service for couples planning a wedding and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use your information, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
